Dr. Schramek and his wife Karen have been providing our family's dental care for over 20 years. The service has been wonderful, the care extremely professional and they treat you like family. We have had general cleanings and x-rays to root canals and crowns. Absolutely no complaints. Everything is explained clearly as they proceed so there are no surprises and they do their utmost to perform the work with little or no pain.

I've had cavities filled, multiple crowns, the process has been relatively painless even to include inserting the novocaine needle. He always patiently explains everything he is doing and never rushes, ensuring that everything is done correctly. I also see his wife Karen four times a year for scaling and actually enjoy the procedure, she is so personable and at the same time very thorough.

I really cannot stop smiling. Every procedure I've received has gone smoothly. He takes time to explain all procedures. I've been going to Dr. Schramek for over 15 years, I now live in DC but will still make the trek to Germantown to see him because he is just that good. He is knowledgeable and patient and makes every effort to make sure your comfortable. I will probably continue to go to him for as long as I live in the area or he retires, which will be a sad day for me personally.
